Project Overview

Naomi-AI, a guided-learning platform, set out to give students a single, seamless hub for study and career growth. FWD built the entire student-facing web app—bringing together a personalized dashboard, live courses, on-demand course content, and built-in career support through webinars and mentoring. The goal was an intuitive experience that simplifies learning, encourages progress, and keeps students engaged from first login to course completion.

Role

FWD designed and developed a responsive, accessible interface for the student view. Responsibilities included structuring the dashboard (progress, upcoming sessions, saved content), designing live class and replay flows, building modular course content pages with step-by-step guidance, and creating smooth registration paths for webinars and mentoring. The team established a consistent component library, streamlined navigation, and conducted usability testing to ensure clarity and performance across devices.

Outcome

Post-launch, students moved through the platform with less friction—finding content faster, attending more live sessions, and engaging more consistently with career resources. The clear dashboard and guided workflows helped position Naomi-AI as a daily learning hub, supporting both academic progress and real-world readiness.
